  1. Nxe6+! fxe6, 2. Rxg6+ Kf7, 3. Rg7+!

a) 3...Kxg7, 4. Qg5+ Kf7 (4...Kh8, 5. Qh6#), 5. Qxh5+ Kf8, 6. Qh8+ Kf7, 7. Qh7+ Kf8, 8. Qg8#

b) 3...Kf8, 4. Qh6! Qxf6, 5. Qh8#

  1. Nxe6+! Kh8, 2. Rxg6! Qxf6 (2...Qg8, 3. Qh6+ Qh7, 4. Qxh7#), 3. Qh6#

Nxe6+, fxe6 (to Kh8, Rxg6, Qh6++) Rxg6. If Kxg6, Dg5+, Kf7, Dxh5+, Kg7, Dh7, Kf8 Dg8++ (or something similar ) To anything else, Dg5 will lead to mate in a similar fashion, but easier, since you sill have the rook.
