Again, not a lot of time to work on this, but I would play 1.Rg3 here without giving it much thought. Not really sure what black should do in defense. If black tries 1....Kh8 planning to bring the rook to g8, then 2.f5 followed by Rf1 looks very good for white. Better might be to try to push the a-pawn for counterplay, but that looks far too slow to me.
