Parsing Karthik's answer, I think 1. ....Rf1 is the right approach, but I think black does best to take with the knight at move 2. Here is what I see with 2....Rxf1:
1...Rf1 2.Rf1 Rf1 3.Rf1 Bf1 4.e7 Bb5
And white is down a piece, but has the passed pawn on e7 and can cash that pawn for the black bishop. Hard to say who is better here, but I think it likely a draw from that point without a really deep analysis. I think, though, black can do better than 2....Rxf1:
1...Rf1 2.Rf1 Nf1
This, of course, allows 3.Rxh4, but white's queen is also hanging. I don't think white can play 3.Qxe2:
3.Qxe2 Qxh1 4.e7 Ng3 should win easily.
So this seems to leave
3.Rxh4 Nxe3 4.Rxb4 Rxd5 5.Rb8 Rc5 6.c3 Bh5 and black is up a piece, and will be playing for the win whereas white will not since the e-pawn will never be allowed queen that I can see here.

Any other options for white?
