This was an actual game between Awonder Liang & Alex Bian at 2018 US Junior Chess Championship

When you have a chance to finish off your chess opponent, you must do it efficiently. I have seen too many cases where strong chess players fail to convert better or winning chess positions.

In this positions (chess diagram above), it is white to move. How should white proceed?
