Yes, I was watching this game and thought that Radjabov's blunder would show up here. Unlike the Le-So game immediately above, this one is one he should have gotten right. But he was down to playing on the (15 second) increment, so we shouldn't be too hard on him. Teimour is a great player.

1...Kf3!, 2. Bc5 e2! (Teimour Radjabov missed a winning move - 2...b3?? (Big blunder)), 3. Kd2 b3!, 4. Bd4 Nf4!, 4. Bc3 Kf2, 5. Kc1 Nd3+, 6. Kb1 e1= Q+, 7. Bxe1 Kxe1 (not 7...Nxe1???, 8. Kb2 = ) - Black wins

1....Kf3 without having to think about it for more than a couple of seconds. Threatens to escort the pawn to e2. The white bishop has no pivot square from which to reach coverage of e1 from h4- the knight controls f6, and the b-pawn controls c3. White will have to sacrifice the bishop for the pawn while it is on e3, but the knight can get back to d5 to protect the b-pawn from behind.
