a) 2. Rxh4+ Kg3! (threatening Rb1#), 3. Rxb4 = draw by stalemate (3. Rg4+ Rxg4, 4. hxg4 Kxg4 = )

b) 2. Kh2 Ke3!, 3. Rg5 Rc4, 4. Rg4 Rxg4, 5. hxg4 Kf4, 6. Kh3 Kg5, 7. g3 hxg3, 8. Kxg3 Kg6 = draw

The only drawing move is a hard one to find unless you have specifically studied this position in the past, and it isn't 1.....Kg3.

Kg3 with a mate threat. If Rg5+ then Kf4 and repeat. If Kf1, Rb1+ wins the g2 pawn, shortly followed by the h3 pawn.
