The only drawing move is a hard one to find unless you have specifically studied this position in the past, and it isn't 1.....Kg3.
Kg3 with a mate threat. If Rg5+ then Kf4 and repeat. If Kf1, Rb1+ wins the g2 pawn, shortly followed by the h3 pawn.
