It's a winning position for white.

Of course, maybe 2.Kc7 Ne8 3.Kb8 and we are back to queening the a-pawn. Hard to say without a deeper look.

The critical line, though is probably 1.Kb7 Nd6+. I don't have the time tonight to look at it in detail, but I think white will have to then play 2.Kc7 in reply, and will eventually queen the g-pawn instead after the knights come off.
