1.Rd1 Ke2 2.Rd5! with the threat of Qd1#. White has to take the rook, but then fork from f4 wins the queen. The passed h-pawn will be more than white and the two rooks can handle vs the queen and knight.

No need for the passed h-pawn ... white would win easily even if, say, there were white pawns on g2 and h3. The rooks are constant targets, can't coordinate, and just get in the way of the king. At best, white will have to give one up for the knight.
