This one is more constrained than the previous puzzle, because white can't get out in front of the pawn enough to prevent black taking the opposition on the c-file if he plays a move like 1.Kd4? For example: 1.Kd4? Kd6! 2.Kc4 Kc6= or 2.c4 Kc6=. So this really leaves only 1.Kc4! Kd6 2.Kb5 Kd5 3.c4+-.
