More complete:

1.Bxe4 dxe4?! 2.g5! wins a piece since 2...Nd5 is met by 3.Rf7+.

Definitely 1.Bxe4- the knight at f6 is pinned to the f7 pawn, and black won't get two rooks for the queen after Rxf7+ because the rook on b8 is hanging after Qxa7 which will come with check in the critical line. Probably best for black is to try 1....g5, but then white can just retreat the rook to f2, and after 2....dxe4, 3.Ne3 looks really winning.
