The ending is a technical draw without the pawn because of the stalemate issue. You can maneuver the king into the corner with two knights and your own king by force, but you can't mate him. With a pawn moves available to the defender, many of the positions are wins, but when the king is out in the middle of the board to start, the ending themselves are quite inhuman and 60-100+ moves in length.
