Yes,Yancey. That looks right. 1...Ke6 and 1...Kg6 are both disasters. and after 1....cd5 2. Q:d5 Black can't even net a full Rook in return since the Bd6 hangs with check.
I don't have time for a full analysis, but 1.Nd5+ looks playable. I think black has to just take at d5 with the c-pawn allowing the white queen to escape safely to d5 herself. The two alternatives are 1.....Ke6 and Kg6, and both allow the capture of the bishop at h5 with check one way or another.
