So it's necessary to play 1. Bh3 to protect the N (1...gf 2. Q:h6) when Black might try 1...Be4 2. Be7 Qh8 3. Qh4 threatening Bf6. I don't see anything better for Black than 3...B:f5 4. Bf6 Q:f6 5. Q:f6 B:h3 and the active White Q should be able to handle the B+R+P easily.
