I don't have time to do a really deep analysis of this, but I would play 1.Rf7 almost without thinking about it. The point is that black can't really exchange at f7 to save the position, and 1....hxg3+ will just be met by 2.Kg2 where the white king will be quite safe for long enough. It might continue:

1.Rf7 Rxf7 2.gxf7 Kf8 3.Qh6+ Bg7 4.Qxh4 and white has an overwhelming attack.
