Got this one pretty easily:

1...........Ra1+
2.Kg2 Ne1+
3.Kh3

It is this or give up the exchange at e1, or give up a rook to a discovered check. Continuing:

3............Re5
4.g4 Nd3 attacking the rook on b2 and threatening a fork from f4- white will lose the exchange.

what if white goes Ra2 after Nd3 ?

I believe that it is better not to take on h2, but rather play g4. The idea is that when we'll have a pawn on g5 black will be winning. White has no way to prevent it.

if h3, then h5, then if g4, we take, they take and then we go Nh2 forking the king and the pawn. At that point I believe that black should be winning.

if Nd2, we go Nh2+, and we either take the rook if they go Kg2 (Kg1) or we go Ra1 if they protect their rook with Ke1.

So, if my guesses are correct, there is no way to stop g4. Once the pawn is in g4, I have to think a bit more about it.
