I would go 2 ... Qb3,
Then if 3 Qxb3 (Qa6 would be really bad), then a4xb3, restricting the white king, then 4 Rd3 to block the pawn's progress and attack the nasty b3 pawn. Then 4 ... Bg5 to attack the c1 square. If that this point White wakes up and goes 5 Rxb3 to open an escape route for their king, then they lose the rook to 5 ... Rxb3. If they do something else then 5 ... Rc8 threatening checkmate.
But removing the rook from the 8th file allows 2 Re8+, which requires Kh7. Then the attacked white queen goes 3 Qa6 and can make her way to the 8th file from there threatening checkmate
EZ, the only candidate move for Black wins.
1 .... Rb3 and there is no good move for the white dame.
2 Qc2 or Qa6 .. e3 or if 2 Q e4 then Rb2!!! 3 Kb2 e3
