Yesterday, I presented the same position but it was white to move!

Black to move! Is this a win, draw, or loss for black? How should black proceed?

If Black just sacs his R for the pawn immediately, White can drive the Black K in front of the pawn prematurely with proper timing. If 1...Ke5! Black gains a critical tempo and White can no longer get his K back to force the Black K in front of the pawn in time.

White definitely wins.

A tricky problem. I am going to leave this one alone for a while to see what others come up with. There are two obvious choices for drawing this, but only one is successful in getting the draw, but it isn't necessarily easy to spot why one of the moves loses and how white goes about getting that win.
