Pretty easy:
1.Qh8+ Ke7
2.Qf6+ Rxf6
3.exf6+ and the double check forces the black king onto the d-file (this or mate in 1) for a skewer after 4.Rxd4+. Probably best for black is
3.............Kd7
4.Rxd4+ Kc8
And white can get a decisive edge with 5.Rxd8, but likely will get better with 5.Bh3+ first, but I am not 100% sure of this without putting this on the board.

WRIGHT! BUT
5. Bh3+ Kb8
6. Rxd8+ Ka7
5. Bh3+ Kb8 6. Rxd8+ Ka7
What's the point? Kb8 is obviously awful. Nd7 is also awful for black, but less awful and less obviously: Rxd7 and the queen can't capture because of Re8#, but it can't escape; e.g., Qh8 Red7+ Kb8 (Kd8 Rd3#) Re8+ Ka7 (Qxe8 leaves white up a bishop with an easily won endgame) Rxh8 Rxh8 etc.
