From good position to game over in 5 moves!

Good chess requires deep understanding, and not just memorization - Susan Polgar

In this super sharp position, black is fine. In fact, white must worry about her exposed King. However, in just 5 moves, black went from a good position to game over. Black inexplicably opened up her own Kingside and weakened her own position for no reason, especially when white has two Bishops pointing toward the black King.

So unless you see a clear path to winning, there is no reason to gamble and push your position to the point of no return. Black clearly self destructed in this position.
