No. 1-1

Howell-McShane has a quasi-Zugzwang at the end after 30...h4. White's fatal 31.Rc4 blocked the defense 32.Qc4 after 31...Qe3! but White would have been forced there anyway after 31.a4 a5! White could however have brought about this position with Black to move by inserting 29.Qc8+ Kg7 and only then 30.Qc6, to be followed by 30...h4 31.a3. Black is still winning after 31...Qe3 32.Qc4 d5 33.Bxe5+ Qxe5+ 34.Qf4 f6! when White cannot resist giving Black two connected passers. But it's not trivial.
