The Condigne Dutch Chess Open is a 9-round Swiss open tournament taking place from 24 July – 2 August 2018 in Dieren, Netherlands. The first chess prize is €3,000. Players receive 90 minutes for 40 chess moves, then 30 minutes for the rest of the game plus 30 seconds per move starting from move 1.
Dutch youngster IM Lucas Van Foreest tied for 1st and earned his 3rd and final GM norm. He is Dutch newest Chess Grandmaster! Congratulations!
