After 3 hours of intense chess training, the players are working on CrossFit Chess. Two teams are competing against each other by making alternate moves. No consultation allowed. Team members are not allowed to make moves until everyone in the team completes the exercises. They rotate between Push Ups, Sit Ups, Jumping Jacks, Air Squats, and Running. etc. Team can win on the board, on time, or until a team can no longer do the exercise
