Beatriz Marinello: "A good leader must have the heart of a teacher"
Beatriz Marinello is a Vice President of FIDE, the head of the FIDE Social Action Commission and a Woman International Master. Born in Chile, she moved to the United States in 1990 and started working in chess projects until becoming President of the U.S. Chess Federation.
